SOTX athlete and Global Messenger Shaun Linsey went to Los Angeles to serve as a volunteer during the World Games.

For Linsey it was an experience of a lifetime and one that was filled with many adventures, including three live tapings of The Price Is Right, which all will air on CBS in late October. Linsey shook hands with Drew Carey, George Gray, and Amber – one of the models – who gave him two hugs and a kiss. Later in the week he also met American Horror Story star Jamie Brewer.

At the conclusion of the Games, Linsey and his mother were publicly recognized during the Closing Ceremony as the Most Dedicated Guest Services Attendants at the 2015 Special Olympics World Games.

Linsey and his mother walked the red carpet and were presented with flowers on stage.

Over the course of the week at the Games, Linsey kept everyone updated on what he was doing via social media. Scroll down to check out all of the great photos Linsey shared with SOTX!
