Upshur County Crew Growing in Opportunities  Upshur County Crew has become a fast and growing population for Special Olympics Texas athletes. The group has gone from having one school district involved with 9 students to having 51 students involved from 5 different school districts. This year was a year of many firsts. The Upshur County Crew had 2 unified relay teams this year.
