The Panhandle area includes 432 athletes from Armstrong, Briscoe, Carson, Castro, Childress, Collingsworth, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Donley, Gray, Hall, Hansford, Hartley, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Moore, Ochiltree, Oldham, Parmer, Potter, Randall, Roberts, Sherman, Swisher and Wheeler counties. The area offers competition in aquatics, athletics, basketball, bocce, bowling and golf. There are 77 certified coaches who lead area athletes.
